Participated in enterprise privatizations, worked on business strategies and restructuring programs.
Michał started his advisory career in the 90’s in the greatest polish consulting company. He led teams of corporate finance for few capital groups with successes.
Worked for clients such as: PGE, Tauron, Krajowa Spółka Cukrowa, Apexim, BPS TFI, KGHM TFI, Bank BPS, VECTRA, NOVOL, Stomil-Poznań, Optima Logistics Group, Control Process, Fabryka Kart Trefl – Kraków, MEYRA GROUP, Kaczmarski Inkasso. In 2013 was appointed by the regional court in Poznan as an expert witness in fields of: enterprise and economic analysis.
